金华市三同涂装设备为阿尔及利亚IRS公司建造的电泳生产线，项目交付后已顺利通过验收。整套生产线配备专业前处理设备、电泳槽体、电泳整流电源、电泳后清洗设备以及烘干固化装置，能够满足阿尔及利亚当地工件的批量电泳涂装加工需求，可帮助IRS公司提升产品涂层附着力与防腐性能，同时该项目的顺利落地，也为三同涂装设备拓展海外涂装工程项目积累了成熟的实践经验。

Jinhua Santong Coating Equipment has manufactured an electrophoretic production line for Algeria's IRS Company, which has successfully passed acceptance testing upon delivery. The complete system includes specialized pretreatment equipment, electrophoretic tanks, electrophoretic rectifier power supplies, post-electrophoresis cleaning devices, and drying/curing units, fully meeting the batch electrophoretic coating requirements for local products in Algeria. It enables IRS to enhance product coating adhesion and corrosion resistance. Moreover, the successful implementation of this project has provided Santong Coating Equipment with valuable practical experience for expanding its overseas coating engineering projects.
